**Job Opening: IT TECHNICIAN** At **Fortelite México S.A. de C.V.**, we are seeking a technology-passionate professional to join our team. If you have experience in technical support and networking, and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment that combines office and production floor activities, this opportunity is for you!. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** Competitive. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. * **Benefits:** Grocery vouchers and all statutory benefits. **Job Objective** Ensure continuous operation of our computer systems, networks, and computing equipment by providing timely technical support and contributing to the digitalization of our industrial processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive technical support to users for hardware and software. * Perform installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Perform basic network administration (routers, WiFi, cabling, and IP addressing). * Manage access rights, user accounts, passwords, and perform critical data backups (backups). * Implement cybersecurity measures and provide support for administrative systems such as ERP and Microsoft/Google tools. * Provide technical support on the production floor (industrial printers, labelers, and operating systems). * Maintain the IT inventory and manage communication with external vendors. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in technical support and network administration. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Essential proficiency in Windows; Mac/Linux knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel and remote support tool skills. * Basic English (technical reading ability). * **Desired Skills:** Basic knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and ERP systems. **Location** Avenida Chapultepec, Colonia El Realito, Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
