Position Summary: Maxon Lift is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, applying expertise in mechatronics, electronics, and automation. Location: Parque Industrial Las Americas, Ciénega de Flores **WORK SCHEDULE**: Three official rotating shifts (technicians cover day and afternoon shifts) Day: 6:00 AM to 3:36 PM / Afternoon: 3:36 PM to 12:00 AM / Night: 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC lathes, milling machines, and machining centers \- Diagnostic software \- Inspection of servo motors, frequency inverters, and electronic circuit boards \- Reading of blueprints and diagrams \- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems applied to CNC machinery \- Precision adjustments and calibration of machinery **REQUIRED PROFILE:** \- Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field. \- Minimum 2\-3 years of industrial experience \- Experience in CNC machine maintenance \- Tool and part setup \- Experience working with automated systems, industrial robots, and flexible manufacturing cells \- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations \- LOTO procedure **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** \- *Problem Solving*: Ability to diagnose complex failures and propose rapid, effective solutions for both mechanical and electronic systems. \- *Analytical Ability*: Capability to analyze and resolve issues arising from machine operation—whether in numerical control, hardware, or power systems. \- *Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Task Scheduling*: Ability to develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for CNC machines to avoid unplanned downtime. \- *Calibration and Precision Adjustment Skills*: Adjusting machines to operate at maximum precision and efficiency. \- *Knowledge of Measuring Tools*: Proficiency in using tools such as micrometers, calipers, alignment gauges, etc. **BENEFITS:** Salary: $21,000 to $30,000 MXN per month (depending on knowledge and skills) \- All statutory benefits \- Employee transportation \- Savings fund: 5% \- Year-end bonus: 15 days \- Vacation bonus: 25% \- Punctuality award: $150 \- Attendance award: $150 \- Grocery vouchers: $263 weekly \- Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) \- Subsidized cafeteria Apply now to MAXON LIFT!
