**We are seeking a Service Support Engineer** We are looking for a professional with experience in CNC machinery or electromechanical equipment maintenance, possessing the ability to work on-site, resolve technical issues, and collaborate effectively within a team. If you are passionate about delivering technical support, are self-directed, and motivated by continuous learning, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on CNC machinery and/or electromechanical equipment. * Provide on-site support to the Lead Engineer during service execution. * Report daily to the Supervisor on progress, findings, and pending items related to completed services. * Submit detailed service reports (service tickets) promptly and accurately. * Delegate tasks to the service intern when working collaboratively. * Meet internal performance targets such as attendance, customer satisfaction surveys, proper tool usage, etc. * Propose technical improvements for equipment or working conditions. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial safety * Use of hand tools * Operation of measurement equipment (calipers, torque wrenches, multimeters) * Interpretation of technical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings * Basic-to-intermediate English (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in CNC machinery or electromechanical equipment maintenance. * Personal skills: teamwork, proactivity, self-direction, analytical ability, adaptability to change. * Ability to work independently on-site. **We Offer:** * Attractive fixed salary * Statutory benefits + additional benefits If you seek professional development within a technical, dynamic environment offering growth opportunities, **Apply now and join our Service Team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
