Join our MAHLE team! \#StrongerTogether **Your Contribution;** * Monitor and manage daily customs and import/export operations, ensuring timelines and legal requirements are met. * Develop KPIs to monitor performance, ensure alignment with company targets, and implement corrective actions when needed. * Oversee the operation and compliance of trade programs and certifications, including but not limited to: IMMEX, PROSEC, REGLA OCTAVA, CIVA, OEA, CTPAT. * Design and implement the department’s strategic plan, aligned with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with all applicable trade, customs, and fiscal regulations, both domestic and international. * Participate government audits (SAT, Ministry of Economy, Customs, etc.). * Identify operational and compliance risks, and develop mitigation plans accordingly. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and cost\-reduction strategies. * Lead and track strategic projects within the foreign trade scope. **Your Experience \& Qualifications;** * Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field. (Postgraduate education or certifications in Trade Compliance, Customs, or Project Management are a plus.) * Advanced English (80% \+, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing). * 5\+ years of proven experience in a similar managerial role within foreign trade or customs compliance.
