Maintain order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology **PET Blow Molding Machine Operator** A plastic industry company is seeking a **PET Blow Molding Machine Operator** with experience in plastic transformation processes for PET container manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring blow molding equipment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities** * Operate PET blow molding machines according to established procedures. * Perform line startups and operational adjustments. * Monitor process parameters: temperature, pressure, cycle times, and cooling. * Execute mold changes and minor adjustments. * Inspect PET bottle/container quality: * weight, * transparency, * leaks, * flash, * deformations. * Detect and report machinery failures or process deviations. * Record production output, scrap, and downtime. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area under the 5S methodology. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). **Requirements** Minimum 1 year of experience operating PET blow molding machines. Basic knowledge of: PET resin, preforms, blow molding parameters, and container quality control. Desirable experience with equipment: SIDEL, Krones, Nissei ASB, Aoki, Tech\-Long or similar. Availability to work rotating shifts.
