The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for preparing and analyzing process information to identify opportunities that leverage sales of equipment and/or solutions within the FLS product line or value propositions related to generating consignment contracts or long\-term services. Accountabilities:* Provide cross\-functional technical support to other areas when required by the organization. * Facilitate the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, promoting the standardization of area processes and collaborative work with the rest of the organization. * Provide technical support to clients on matters related to laboratory testing and/or metallurgical processes associated with specific projects. * Conduct on\-site technical audits, including review and identification of improvement opportunities related to FLS equipment, considering the analysis of process data where they are operating and review of background information gathered through interviews with relevant operational personnel. * Occasionally support FLS Equipment Commissioning activities related to process\-related matters. * Promote a culture of safety and self\-care, both at a personal level, within the team, and throughout the entire company, integrating our stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities, complying with established rules, policies and requirements; actively participating in the activities programmed in the annual HSEQA plans and programs; reporting every incident, near miss, substandard act or condition that occurs and, if required, ensuring active participation in an investigation. * Ensure that execution projects comply with internal governance, timely deliverables, determination of solutions with their respective tracking codes (CRM), and continuity of PIQ services over time This position requires autonomy and proactivity to carry out these types of initiatives. Furthermore, strong communication and client relationship skills will be essential for success in this role. It serves as a gateway to developing new business opportunities across our organization.
