We are seeking: Human Capital Coordinator **Job Mission:** Facilitate, coordinate, and align the business unit’s employees’ labor needs to maximize their performance through internal human capital guidelines, initiatives, and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Manage and administer** the talent attraction and selection process to fulfill the annual hiring plan. * **Coordinate and execute** DNA and employee experience events, activities, and campaigns to ensure cultural impact. * **Manage and execute** personnel administration processes efficiently to guarantee employee onboarding, retention, and resource allocation. * **Manage and execute** human capital system records and administration. * **Coordinate and execute** the annual onboarding and training program. * **Execute and ensure** the company’s labor relations processes to maintain workplace relationships aligned with internal and corporate values and policies. * **Execute and monitor** the employee separation process to minimize the impact of labor claims or legal situations on the company. * **Generate and monitor** human capital indicators within the business unit to plan and execute improvement strategies. * **Design, plan, and manage** human capital projects and programs **Requirements:** **Education:** * Psychology * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration **Experience:** * 1 year as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst * 1 year as a Training Analyst * 1 year as a Personnel and Payroll Analyst **Languages:** * Basic English **Job-specific Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law * Training and Development * Labor Relations * Communication * Compensation * Personnel Administration **Location:** Yomp Corporate Office, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. **Arca Continental** is an equal opportunity employer. ***All our recruitment and selection processes are completely free of charge.*** Never send money to anyone claiming they can secure you employment at Arca Continental.
