A company powered by our people.** **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Excel skills. * OTM experience (preferred). * 6 months to 1 year of experience reviewing documents (invoices, purchase orders, unit monitoring). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** -------------------------- * Tracking unit loading, arrival, and delivery. * Recording and tracking operational exceptions; information flow for control (OM, planning, and security). * Reporting incidents that may impact service. * Dispatching, tracking, and documenting units in OTM. * Validating physical load against system prior to dispatch; ensuring system records (OTM and NS). * Ensuring return unloading. **Schedule: Rotating** * 6 AM–2 PM, Monday–Saturday * 10 PM–6 AM, Monday–Friday * 2 PM–10 PM, Monday–Saturday **Work Location: DHL Gaia DC** * Boulevard Industrial Nexxus No. 1600, Fraccionamiento Industrial y Comercial Nexxus ADN 2, 65550 Ciénega de Flores, N.L. **We Offer:** -------------- * $13,456.00 Monthly Gross * Transportation * 10% Food Vouchers * Life Insurance * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you will find an environment that challenges you to maximize your professional skills and potential.
