Computer Systems Technician

Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer to resolve network and voice faults, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance, including field work and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Layer 2, Layer 3, and voice fault resolution 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance 3. Experience in Routing and Switching, IP Telephony, Microwave (MW), and GPON * Responsibilities * Resolve Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related faults * Resolve faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer support * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Network troubleshooting * Field work Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching and IP Telephony engineer, or on-site/field technical support engineer with MW and GPON experience * Minimum 2 years of experience * Willingness to travel We offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 1 PM Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
