Join our team at Polaris Inc. as a Maintenance Leader! **Job Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree with specialization in maintenance. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience, including personnel management experience. * Leadership skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; proactive attitude; decision-making ability; teamwork orientation; sense of urgency; adherence to KPIs; implementation of the 5S methodology; compliance with safety regulations. * Ability to interpret electrical, single-line, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Knowledge of water pumping systems, smoke extraction systems, voltage generators, and knowledge and operation of electrical substations rated at 34.5–115 kV; familiarity with HVAC refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of compressed air systems (compressors and dryers). * Electrical, mechanical, and control system knowledge related to loading ramps, access curtains, and docks within the Polaris complex warehouse systems. * Operation of comfort equipment (mini-splits and air conditioners); proficiency with software (METASYS). * Knowledge of plumbing, basic carpentry, basic welding, and various lighting systems. * Familiarity with measurement equipment, multimeters, and meggers. * Schedule flexibility. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Attractive salary * Cafeteria and transportation * Medical expense insurance **Compensation and Benefits:** * Attractive salary * Cafeteria and transportation * Medical expense insurance.
