**Title:** Tool Maker / Tooling Technician **Job Description:** A company located in Parque Kalos, Guadalupe, is seeking a Tool Maker to fabricate, adjust, and maintain precision tools, dies, and devices used in the manufacturing process. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, operating machine tools, using CNC equipment, and ensuring product quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Fabricate and repair tools, dies, fixtures, and components according to technical drawings and specifications. * Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machinery to create or modify tools. * Perform precision measurements and adjustments. * Inspect tools and dies for wear or defects. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of tools. * Polish, sharpen, and adjust tools as needed. * Verify that tools meet quality standards. * Document deviations and record activities in internal systems. **Requirements:** * **Completed engineering degree** (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field). * 3–5 years of experience as a Tool Maker or in a similar role. * Knowledge of machine tools, CNC, precision measurement, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (desirable). * Basic knowledge of MRP or SAP. * Attention to detail, teamwork, and quality orientation. **Compensation:** Salary between **$35,000 to $45,000 MXN**, depending on experience. **Benefits exceeding legal requirements:** individual medical insurance, grocery vouchers, and other corporate benefits.
