We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor (Safety) for a project involving maintenance, façade remodeling, and electrical installation upgrades at stations along STC Metrorrey Line 1. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate finishing work, lighting installation, metalwork, and glazing activities on-site. * Verify that all work is carried out according to plans, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. * Monitor the construction schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and partial deliveries. * Supervise the use, delivery, and proper handling of materials. * Ensure compliance with all on-site safety regulations. * Report construction progress to the project manager or site resident engineer. * Resolve any technical or logistical issues arising during execution. * Inspect final work quality and authorize partial or full delivery of each stage. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. (Construction supervisor profile) * Proven experience supervising finishing works, metalwork, lighting, and glazing installations. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, metalwork, and installation detail drawings. * Experience coordinating work teams and subcontractors. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word), and preferably construction management or scheduling software. * Availability to work on-site. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.
