Job Summary: This role involves implementing and managing safety protocols, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with protective measures in construction zones. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct safety training in accordance with NOM-086-SCT2-2023 2. Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and supervise its use 3. Inspect protective devices in roadwork zones **MUST RESIDE IN GARCIA, SANTA CATARINA OR PTE DE MONTERREY.** **REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED TECHNICAL DEGREE, ENGINEER WITH TITLE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE Conduct safety training related to NOM-086-SCT2-2023, “TRAFFIC SIGNALING AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES IN ROADWORK ZONES.” Manage PPE for internal personnel The position requires instilling a safety mindset across all activities performed by contractors and internal staff **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Deliver safety training related to NOM-086-SCT2-2023, “TRAFFIC SIGNALING AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES IN ROADWORK ZONES,” using instructional materials and practical exercises Verify documents prior to training (IMSS registration, official ID, Certificate of Competency, DC3 form for high-risk work) Prepare weekly activity reports (inspection tours, PPE distribution, training sessions, summaries of contractor waste disposal volumes, etc.) Manage PPE for internal personnel; inspect and review protective devices in temporary roadwork zones through random field inspections; inspect fire extinguishers; perform visual inspection and complete vehicle checklists (pick-up trucks) Prepare inspection tour reports and compliance findings Request authorized waste disposal receipts and photographic reports for RSU and RME waste from contractors; liaise with government agencies (Civil Protection, Urban Development) **WE OFFER:** Monthly gross salary between $18,000 MXN 10% attendance bonus 10% punctuality bonus 10% grocery vouchers Statutory benefits (***APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE***) INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SEND CV TO: reclutamiento@applagloria.mx Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site
