




Activities. · Preparation of Civil Protection folder. · Identify risk factors causing injuries and illnesses among employees. · Keep updated medical records of active personnel in the administrative area and direct employees. · Follow-up on employee disabilities, controlling and ensuring closure of generated ST7 cases. · Organize and implement risk prevention programs, safe company initiatives, zero risk campaigns, health promotion, nutrition, health fairs, sports promotion, mutual support groups, safety and health capsules, and any other scheduled activities that positively impact employee safety. · Manage folders containing regulatory studies required by **STPS** with the required frequency. · Update and schedule admission medical exams within the first 90 days of employment for staff, generating statistics, restrictions when applicable, and identifying incompatibilities with assigned positions at the store when necessary. (Include doping test scheduling on this day) · Provide primary medical care in case of first aid, issuing internal disability within the company, avoiding and minimizing as much as possible ST7 cases generated for the company. · Carry out a safety or health project that creates a positive impact on the workforce.
