




We are looking for a **Commercial Development Consultant** with analytical thinking, strategic vision, and results orientation, capable of diagnosing, designing, and implementing commercial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and client companies' market positioning. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze sales, profitability, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and competitive factors. * Develop commercial diagnostics and market studies to support strategic decisions. * Formulate **commercial plans** aligned with business objectives, defining indicators (KPIs) and achievable targets. * Design **segmentation, pricing, positioning, and expansion** strategies by product, channel, or territory. * Coordinate meetings with commercial leaders to review progress, results, and areas for improvement. * Present strategic recommendations and support plan execution. * Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and document learnings and best practices. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. * **Desirable:** Master's degree in Sales Management, Strategy, or Business Planning. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in consulting, commercial development, or strategic sales management. * Knowledge of **financial analysis, commercial planning, KPIs, segmentation, pricing, and positioning**. * Proficiency in digital tools: **Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, CRM, Canva, and Artificial Intelligence** * Data analysis and interpretation **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and strategic vision * Planning and results orientation * Professional communication and influence * Innovation and adaptability * Customer focus and professional commitment **Position Details** * **Location:** Monterrey, N.L. * **Work Mode:** On-site, with one day of home office and occasional client visits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Salary:** $30,000 MXN monthly * **Benefits:** Fuel allowance, computing equipment, and professional development opportunities.
