Currently, we have two publications in the Mexican market: **Modern Machine Shop México and Plastics Technology México,** as well as organizing various events: **Meximold and Plastics Recycling LATAM.** **Requirements** · Active students pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related fields. (6th semester or higher) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). · Knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, InDesign) (desirable) · Time management and organizational skills. · Written and spoken English (intermediate\-advanced level). · Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. · Teamwork and customer service orientation. **Job Responsibilities** · Assist in approving product and/or service orders in the CRM system. * Review and confirm the quality of received advertisement files, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and client expectations. * Support in reviewing monthly comparative reports on digital products (websites and newsletters). * Assist in reviewing digital banners for the upcoming month on websites and newsletters. * Assist in reviewing monthly supplier invoices. * Collaborate in customer service, ensuring professional, courteous, and timely interactions. * Assist the Advertising Manager with administrative tasks as required. *\* This position is not limited to the above-listed responsibilities, as the intern may support various related tasks.* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm On-site mode Financial assistance: $6,000 per month Location: Col.
