**IT Recruiter** **What you will be doing** * Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, career fairs, networking and direct contact. * Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization. * Educate hiring managers on overall hiring process. * Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process. * Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers. * Work with Software Development and Information Technology hiring managers, in various functions and in multiple locations. * Update and maintain the Epicor Application Tracking System. * Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites. **What you likely bring** * 2\+ years of experience with Software Development or Information Technology recruitment and sourcing. * Ability to handle a workload up to 20\+ requisitions at a time. * Ability to negotiate and close offers. * Experience with Workday ATS preferred. * Linkedin Recruiter experience preferred. * Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. **What could set you apart** * 3\+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge * Prior experience in an ERP development environment * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) \#LI\-MG1 \#LI\-HYBRID **About Epicor** At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
