Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Advisor for BSH Laboratories, focused on delivering high-quality service and advisory support to clients and patients, managing social media, and coordinating appointments. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team. **Call Center Advisor** **Objective:** To deliver the best possible advisory and customer service to all our clients, creating an outstanding quality and service experience. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma * Prior experience in customer service / call center * Experience in any healthcare-related field * Ability to work effectively in a team * Flexible availability for scheduling * Proficiency with equipment / machinery / software: Basic Office suite, Outlook, telephone switchboard * Strong verbal communication skills **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and operate social media platforms (WhatsApp). * Promptly follow up on patient needs. * Provide clear and accurate information. * Coordinate and schedule home-based appointments for patients requiring special services. * Provide information about our services, including laboratory testing, blood bank, and imaging services. **WE OFFER:** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Year-end bonus:** 25 days * **Vacation days:** 12 days in the first year * **Vacation bonus:** 25% * **Food vouchers:** 10% additional to salary * **Savings fund:** 5% * **Supports and discounts:** Up to 80% for employees and family members * **Uniforms** **WORK SCHEDULES:** * Morning shift: 7 AM to 3 PM * Afternoon shift: 2 PM to 9 PM AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, with one day off on weekends.
