Position: **Scrum Master** Location: Nuevo León, Mexico Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Contract Type: 3\-6 months Working Hours: 08:00–18:00 hrs (Mon\-Fri) Language: Intermediate English preferred Education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field Minimum Experience: \+2 years **Prescreening Filters (MUST HAVE – Non-negotiable):** ? Core Experience: Rigorous execution of the Scrum framework in high-demand environments such as software factories or delivery factories. ? Tools/Tech: Proficiency in Jira Cloud. ? Methodologies: Deep implementation of Scrum focused on predictable, value-driven deliveries. Proven ability to identify and correct deviations from the framework. ? Prior experience in Modernization projects or implementation of Agile enablers within SAP environments. **Nice-to-Have (NICE TO HAVE):** ? Prior experience in Modernization projects or implementation of Agile enablers within SAP environments. ? Official certifications (PSM, CSM) or experience managing impediments in complex technical teams. **Key Responsibilities:** ? Framework Governance: Ensure disciplined Scrum implementation to guarantee predictability and consistent value generation. ? Backlog and Quality Management: Close collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams to maintain a healthy backlog and ensure adherence to Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR). ?
