Special Projects Coordinator/ analytics and sales

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Supports Mexico territory segmentation, alignment and assignment activities that related to sales systems 2\. Produces monthly reports for MX sales territories that accurately show shipment, revenue and weight. 3\. Performs trend analysis on territories and service centers regarding new and lost business in order to establish recommendations for key markets. Aids in the development of territory and region forecasting and budgeting. 4\. Tracks, reports ongoing volume information and generate ad\-Hoc reports for corporate analysis. 5\. Supports the design and execution of new services by gathering necessary data for analysis that will aid in the planning, development and implementation process. Tracks potential new market data in order to focus inside sales efforts for new market development. 6\. Collaborates with operations, develops specific customer requests that relate to special projects and solutions. Meets with customer and sales team to understand customer specific needs, develops necessary steps to provide solution, cost analysis and execution. Works with legal to provide company information on bid or RFP customer requests 7\. Interacts with sales and customer service in order to review and develop processes that will continuously improve customer facing activities. 8\. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures 9\. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required **QUALIFICATIONS:** · Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or equivalent years of related experience plus two (2\) years of Logistics or LTL experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English) · Analytical and problem\-solving skills · Time and project management skills · Customer relationship management skills · Ability to handle confidential information · Ability to work independently and as a team member · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Power BI.
