You will be responsible for coordinating the operational team, supervising the complete workflow of shipping documents and shipments, resolving incidents, and guaranteeing satisfaction for our industrial customers. **What you will do:** * Supervise and optimize national operations (quoting, traffic, documentation, and tracking). * Coordinate and train the operational team, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (timeliness, deliveries, incidents). * Resolve incidents and coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, traffic, billing). * Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure reliable and high-quality service. * Promote continuous improvement and standardization of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (graduate or certified). * 2–4 years of experience in operational coordination within the transportation or consolidated freight (LTL) sector. * Knowledge of TMS, ERP, shipping documentation, and KPI monitoring. * Intermediate Excel skills and collaborative tools (Teams, Slack, Drive). * Leadership, organization, and results-oriented mindset. **We offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits \+ professional development. * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 / Saturdays 8:00–14:00\. * Location: *Calle Línea de Gas 300, Col.
