Join the Vinte team as: Construction Control Manager Job Objective: This position contributes to Vinte's successful positioning by ensuring the proper allocation of resources in accordance with the assigned budget and the execution schedule for one or multiple projects. · JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Approve resource requests based on progress against the execution schedule and assigned budget to ensure proper administration. 2. Identify and analyze cost variances between actual expenditures and authorized budget, in order to implement corrective actions that recover such investment. 3. Review and validate extraordinary resources, ensuring they are necessary to maintain production continuity. 4. Conduct site visits to record physical progress, verifying and reporting compliance with scheduled production. 5. Execute administrative processes enabling resource availability (contracts, estimates, material requisitions, warehouse vouchers, among others). 6.
