If you seek to join a company in constant evolution, we’re waiting for you! **Mission** Load daily orders inside trucks to ensure routes are loaded to 100% capacity according to the scheduled delivery plan. **Responsibilities** * Load or execute loading of scheduled orders to ensure their delivery on the corresponding day. * Request yard drivers to position units for order loading. * Verify that positioned units are secured on ramps (if applicable) and/or powered off to prevent accidents during loading. * Confirm scheduled orders for loading are located in the designated staging area to ensure their proper loading. * Load orders onto transport units according to the delivery plan to expedite unloading upon delivery. * Ensure all scheduled orders and products for each route are loaded to guarantee service levels with associates. * Perform and ensure ramp and transport unit safety to prevent accident risks and damage to equipment, facilities, or personnel. * Inspect ramps to confirm functionality and good condition for order loading. * Verify transport units are secure during loading to prevent damage to equipment, facilities, or personnel. * Report equipment or unit inconsistencies for immediate repair. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Ensure orderly conditions in the dock area to avoid complications during unit loading. * Clean the area after loading completion to prevent obstructions during subsequent loading operations. * Monitor implementation of the 5S system to maintain optimal distribution center conditions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the CEDI and work area. **Requirements** * Secondary education. * Warehouse experience (1 year). **Knowledge** * Warehouse Management (Basic) * 5S (Basic) * Basic Quality Knowledge (Basic) **Desirable** * High school diploma **Important!** Internal candidates wishing to participate in the selection process must ensure compliance with the criteria and guidelines outlined in the Collaborator Selection and Hiring Policy prior to applying. * Application period closes on **07/05/2026\.** * Job location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
