Description
**Education:**
Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer, with specialization or verifiable experience in Urban Planning, Infrastructure, and Residential Subdivision Development.
**Experience:**
Minimum 8 years in planning, management, and execution of urbanization and infrastructure projects for residential developments.
**Position Objective**
Comprehensively plan, coordinate, and supervise urbanization and infrastructure processes for residential subdivisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper integration of engineering disciplines, construction quality, and cost optimization—from design stage through final delivery of the urban development project.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Understand and closely supervise all processes required for infrastructure implementation in subdivisions, including:
* Roadways
* Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks
* Electrification, public lighting, and telecommunications
* Complementary urbanization works
* Coordinate and participate in kickoff meetings with engineering teams from the project’s earliest stages to:
* Ensure proper cross-disciplinary coordination and integration
* Identify technical interferences
* Optimize construction and cost solutions
* Maintain continuous communication with:
* Suppliers and contractors
* Urban and architectural design team
* Urban development project execution department
* Conduct multiple weekly meetings with the execution department to:
* Monitor technical and operational progress
* Review project advances
* Make strategic decisions
* Analyze and evaluate technical and economic proposals from suppliers:
* Compare material quality and construction systems
* Identify efficiencies and cost savings for the company
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications
* Supervise and validate landscape architecture criteria, integrating them correctly with urban infrastructure.
* Analyze and understand subdivision topography, slopes, and contours to:
* Guarantee technically feasible solutions
* Optimize urban design and infrastructure
* Ensure compliance with applicable municipal, state, and regulatory requirements for urban development.

**Working Hours**
* Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs, with lunch break from 14:00–15:30 hrs.
* Saturday, 8:00–13:30 hrs.

Salary: $35,000.00 per month
