SURVEYING COORDINATOR

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to plan, coordinate, and supervise field surveying work, ensuring accuracy and project compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Plans and supervises field surveying work using specialized equipment. 2. Coordinates survey teams, ensuring quality and safety. 3. Processes data and supports project planning. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise field surveying activities (surveys, layout, and leveling). * Ensure proper execution of surveying work in accordance with project drawings and specifications. * Validate and review calculations, coordinates, traverses, and elevations. * Coordinate survey crews and assistants, assigning tasks and tracking progress. * Ensure appropriate use of surveying equipment (total station, GPS, automatic level, drones, etc.). * Process and analyze field-collected data using specialized software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, etc.). * Prepare reports, survey drawings, and deliverables. * Verify compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. * Coordinate with construction, engineering, and supervision teams to ensure correct structural placement. * Identify field deviations and propose technical solutions. * Maintain logs, records, and backups of survey data. * Supervise equipment calibration and maintenance. * Support project planning and drawing interpretation. **Key Responsibilities** * Accuracy and reliability of survey data * Timely delivery adherence * Effective team coordination * Data control and safeguarding **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Field experience (construction, infrastructure, etc.) * Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) * Leadership and decision-making skills * Willingness to work on-site Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $11,145.14 - $24,237.55 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Complimentary beverages * Company parking * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
