We offer opportunities and seek professionals eager to realize their personal and professional growth. **RISK INTELLIGENCE ANALYST** **Responsibilities:** * Review databases and analyze information to identify areas of opportunity and process deviations. * Identify findings in process flows to improve response times. * Understand and evaluate policy and procedure manuals to ensure operations related to risk stages are aligned. * Analyze activities at each process stage to recommend actions that increase efficiency and reduce processing time. * Validate the performance and reliability of internal and external information tools. * Execute tests on new projects or enhancements to ensure compliance with defined requirements and parameters. * Coordinate with various teams involved in processes to ensure proper project execution. * Map, document, and optimize credit granting and administration processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems Administration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with Agile methodology tools. * Interest in implementing digitalization and process automation. * Recent graduates welcome. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits and above. **Work Location:** Campestre Building, San Pedro Garza García.
