Optimization of project profitability **Cost Coordinator and Technical Definition (Construction)** A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a technically oriented Cost Coordinator who participates from the early stages of projects to ensure the economic and constructability feasibility of works. **Job Objective** Integrate and control construction costs from the design phase, ensuring reliable budgets, minimizing variances, and optimizing project profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of concept catalogs in OPUS * Development of unit price analyses (UPAs) * Quantification of volumes and material take-offs * Integration and control of construction budgets * Technical review of projects to ensure constructability * Cost evaluation in response to project changes * Technical and economic support to site supervisors * Proposals for cost optimization * Occasional field monitoring **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree holder) * 3–6 years of combined experience in construction and budgeting * Proficiency in OPUS (mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, cost models) * Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings * Analytical thinking and results orientation * Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Revit (basic to intermediate) * Interest in innovative construction systems **Offer** * Net monthly salary of $26,000 to $28,000 * Hybrid employment arrangement * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance **Location and Conditions** * Chepevera Neighborhood, Monterrey, Nuevo León * Availability for occasional site visits * Immediate hiring Salary: $26,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
