This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Catarina, N.L., for the Construction Safety Officer role at PRAICON | Design and Construction. The position will be responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene measures on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, performing risk assessments, and implementing preventive actions to maintain a safe working environment. The Construction Safety Officer will also be responsible for delivering safety training to personnel, conducting periodic on-site inspections, and promptly addressing incidents or hazardous conditions. Additionally, they will collaborate with project management and work teams to foster a safety culture on site. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, TSU, or related field * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, risk prevention, and incident management. * Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk analyses on construction sites. * Experience delivering safety training and preparing related documentation. * Communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with work teams and supervision. * Knowledge of local construction safety regulations and compliance requirements in Monterrey. * High attention to detail and a preventive focus to maintain a safe working environment. * Technical knowledge of construction processes and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site. * Additional certifications will be considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise safe conditions on site and proper use of PPE * Implement preventive and corrective measures * Track incidents and reports * Verify compliance with safety protocols * Control site access and work permits * Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors * Promote safety culture on site * Maintain safety logs and documentation * Prepare risk analyses and work permits **We Offer:** * Salary of $22,000 to $24,000 net * Job stability * Professional growth * Excellent working environment * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Salary: $22,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Sick leave days * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
