




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services, guaranteeing quality and technical compliance for project development. Coordinate the acquisition of materials and resources for events. We seek the right candidate to help us ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of materials, services, and resources required for project development, while guaranteeing quality, technical compliance, and alignment with operational requirements. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Oversee and execute the full direct procurement process, ensuring that required inputs, materials, and services are procured with appropriate quality, timing, and cost across all projects. 2\. Evaluate technical requirements from production, creative, and design teams to ensure project specifications are accurately translated into purchase requests. 3\. Prepare quotations or preliminary budget estimates related to procurement scope, such as: **ITEMS TO BE QUOTED**. 4\. Coordinate supplier tenders and comparative analyses, evaluating alternatives based on price, delivery timelines, technical capabilities, and documentation compliance. 5\. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, service agreements, and deliverables with strategic suppliers, securing favorable conditions for the company. 6\. Supervise supplier document control, including accreditations, permits, certifications, contracts, technical specifications, and required supporting documents. 7\. Validate quotations, material breakdowns, additional requirements, and any necessary adjustments prior to purchase approval. 8\. Ensure proper issuance, registration, and tracking of purchase orders, invoicing requests, and advance payments. 9\. Monitor deliveries, confirmations, material quality, and adherence to agreed-upon conditions with suppliers. 10\. Coordinate the acquisition of materials and resources for setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring availability in accordance with the operational schedule. 11\. Supervise the safekeeping, inventory, and control of assets, materials, and tools in coordination with production and operational departments. 12\. Participate in supplier scouting when required to validate technical conditions, facilities, or operational capabilities. 13\. Resolve incidents related to materials, deliveries, adjustments, or any deviations affecting project operations. 14\. Maintain constant communication with production, design, creative teams, and Project Managers to ensure procurement adequately supports project requirements. 15\. Contribute to supplier evaluation and certification, proposing improvements and new supply alternatives to strengthen the value chain. 16\.
