Interdepartmental collaboration A leading high-tech plastic injection and automotive component assembly company seeks: Production Planner * Requirements: Education: Logistics Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience: 1 year * Knowledge of: Flowcharts Strategic Planning: Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans Execution and Monitoring: Closely monitor production plan adherence, ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods and proactively managing any deviations Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow Inventory Control Manage and control inventory levels of raw materials (RM), work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods (FG), optimizing resources and minimizing losses Conduct production capacity analysis, line balancing, and propose continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels and production plan adherence Prepare detailed and periodic reports for management Excel proficiency * Benefits: Direct contract with the plant Statutory benefits Free cafeteria and transportation Grocery vouchers Savings fund Juárez area Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $16,500.00 - $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
