




Job Summary: Settlement Coordinator responsible for executing, validating, and improving settlement, severance, and compensation processes, coordinating teams and analyzing data to detect errors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution and validation of periodic and extraordinary settlements 2. Coordination and monitoring of settlement analysts 3. Identification and implementation of process improvements **WE ARE SEEKING A SETTLEMENT COORDINATOR:** Responsibilities: * Execute and validate periodic and extraordinary settlements * Prepare severance and special compensation calculations * Analyze information to detect errors and propose solutions * Coordinate and monitor settlement analysts * Monitor timeliness and accuracy of settlements * Prepare incident reports and settlement metrics * Identify and implement process improvements Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll, settlements, or compensation * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in payroll systems (SAP, NOMI, Oracle or similar) * Knowledge of settlement, severance, and compensation calculations * Advanced Excel skills We Offer: * Statutory benefits including 100% IMSS coverage from day one * Vacation days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Savings fund * Food vouchers Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-6:00 PM //// Sat 8:30 AM-1:30 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
