




LEADING SOFTWARE COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS **IS SEEKING**: **PAYROLL MANAGER** (Implementation / Operations / Specialized Support) **1. Position Objective**: Ensure the proper operation, implementation, and legal compliance of the payroll system for over 200 clients, guaranteeing adherence to labor and tax legislation, service quality, effective team management, and customer satisfaction. **2. Experience**: Minimum 5–8 years of payroll experience, including management of labor and tax regulations, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR; coordination across multiple clients or legal entities; and implementation of payroll systems or ERP solutions. **3. Key Responsibilities** Ensure accurate payroll updates and calculations in accordance with: * Federal Labor Law * Income Tax (ISR) and state taxes * IMSS (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE) * INFONAVIT (SUA, loans, amortizations) * Payroll CFDI * Statutory and contractual benefits * Settlement calculations * Validate complex payroll configurations (e.g., variable schemes, benefits, multi-entity setups, etc.) * Management of audits Supervision of the payroll system: * Monitor correct system operation for active clients. * Define controls and processes to prevent calculation, e-invoicing (stamp), and reporting errors. * Coordinate with the development team on functional enhancements and system corrections. * Approve releases related to legal or business changes. Implementation for new clients: * Supervise system implementation for new clients: * Requirements gathering * System configuration * Data migration * Testing and validation * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. * Resolve critical issues during go-live and initial production phase. Personnel management: * Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the team (analysts, consultants, support staff). * Train the team on: * Labor and tax legislation * Advanced system usage * Customer service best practices * Establish goals, performance indicators, and development plans. Customer support: * Address technical, legal, and operational queries from strategic clients. * Deliver training to clients on: payroll system usage, relevant legal updates, and payroll best practices. **4. Position Requirements** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. **5. Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Payroll incidents (errors, rework) * SLA compliance with clients * Customer satisfaction (NPS or surveys) * New client implementation timeline * Team turnover and performance **6.
