We invite you to join our team! **Job Mission** Support the comprehensive and timely execution of payroll pre-processing, as well as weekly and biweekly payroll processing. This includes ensuring accurate capture and validation of attendance incidents, document control, and reconciliation with corresponding systems (Workbeat/SUA), thereby guaranteeing precise payments and compliance with regulatory authorities. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities: \- Processing payroll for operational and administrative personnel. \- Capturing and verifying attendance incidents: attendance, tardiness, vacations, rest days, overtime, leaves, advances, INFONAVIT loans, disabilities, disciplinary actions, vacation bonuses, and other applicable items. \- SUA: performing employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications; registering the work site number according to the employer registration for construction personnel. \- Workbeat: reconciling attendance incidents against payroll pre-processing data and maintaining data consistency. \- Preparing a weekly comparative payroll report for all Group companies. \- Preparing a biweekly comparative payroll report for all Group companies. \- Tracking and controlling IMSS, INFONAVIT, and 3% on Payroll (ISN) payments, performing reconciliations in Workbeat. \- Verifying, via SharePoint per subcontractor: worker-employer contributions and confirming that payments match the corresponding payment slips, as well as recording the work site number. \- Addressing basic requests for clarification regarding attendance incidents and pay slips. \- Keeping payroll folders updated and under control.
