Job Summary: Project Engineer responsible for implementing new automotive launches, coordinating engineering changes, and managing projects in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead implementation of new automotive launches 2. Coordinate engineering changes and manage projects 3. Process analysis and continuous improvement (8Ds, FMEA) **Japanese Automotive Company Seeks:** **NEW PROJECTS ENGINEER** **Responsibilities:** * Implement new automotive launches. * Ensure adherence to project stage deadlines. * Perform process capability calculations and reviews. * Create documents, templates, and work instructions. * Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). * Coordinate implementation of engineering changes. * Develop flowcharts and PFMEA. * Manage projects (PIPs, CAPEX, 4M). * Conduct pilot runs. * Control and manage process and tooling changes (risk assessment). * Develop Gantt charts for new projects. * Design tooling for part manufacturing. * Prepare spec sheets for new part numbers. * Ensure accurate information in the master part number database. **Requirements and/or Experience:** * *FMEA* * *Manufacturing areas* * *Automotive industry* * *Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel* * *Power BI* * *Automation/IoT/Industry 4.0* * *Root cause analysis, 8Ds* * *Interpretation of IATF 16949:2016 (desirable)* * *Interpretation of ISO 14001:2015 (desirable)* * Interpretation of ISO 45001:2018 (desirable) **We Offer:** Competitive Salary Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Major Medical Insurance Savings Fund Food Vouchers Subsidized Cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
