**Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our team in San Pedro Garza García, Mexico. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain operations and enhancing overall logistical efficiency. * Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain logistics performance metrics and KPIs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. * Evaluate and recommend improvements to transportation and distribution processes. * Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and present findings to management. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of supply chain management software. * Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs procedures. * Support the development of logistics strategies to improve operational effectiveness. * Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed logistics solutions. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. * Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM). * Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in inventory management and optimization. * Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. * Understanding of logistics KPIs and performance metrics. * Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Familiarity with transportation and distribution processes. * Professional certifications preferred (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD). * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
