We invite you to participate in the selection process for our next vacancy: IT Inventory Analyst and Technical Support **Work Location:** San Nicolás, N.L. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Salary:** $15,000–$17,000 MXN per month (net), including $1,020 MXN in meal vouchers. **Responsibilities:** Receiving, safeguarding, and managing new computer equipment. Receiving, safeguarding, and managing obsolete computer equipment. Receiving, safeguarding, and managing components and/or accessories acquired for the project (both new and obsolete). Responsible for safeguarding signed equipment assignment letters from end users. Daily inventory movement tracking and control. Weekly inventory movement reporting. Assigning serial numbers to system inventories. Responsible for dispatching equipment to branch offices, managing shipping labels, and ensuring timely delivery to destinations. Digitizing proof of delivery for each item of equipment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field (incomplete degree acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience). One year of experience in warehouse operations and IT inventory control. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iPads. Logistics expertise for scheduling appointments with end users.
