If you meet the requirements, don’t hesitate to apply and attach your updated CV. **Profile: Application Support Analyst** **Requirements:** * Professional with a degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * 1\+ years of experience in application support and incident resolution. * Demonstrable experience in functional analysis of business requirements. **Application Technical Support Experience:** * Handling, logging, tracking, and resolving application incidents. * Root cause analysis of issues and proposal of solutions. * Log analysis to identify failures. * SQL Server / Oracle database management (queries, troubleshooting). * API consumption and testing (Postman, SoapUI). * User and business unit support. **Functional Analysis Experience:** * Gathering and documentation of functional and technical requirements. * Documentation of business processes and use cases. * Collaboration with technical teams and business units. **Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem solving. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of: * Linux / Unix for process and service review. * Networking: HTTP, SSL/TLS, digital certificates. * ITIL: incident, problem, and change management. * Methodologies: Scrum and Waterfall.
