A construction company is seeking:
**Estimation Analyst**
**Requirements:**
* Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Administration (with construction experience)
* Age: 25 years or older
* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position
**Job Objective:**
To quantify, document, and reconcile physical and financial progress of infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate integration of estimates and quantity takeoffs under required technical and regulatory standards, thereby guaranteeing optimal project cash flow and timely contract closure.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and validate complex, large-scale quantity takeoffs (e.g., earthwork volumes, pavement, concrete structures, excavations, etc.), supported by detailed sketches, photographic reports, and laboratory test results.
* Structure and submit construction estimates (for client billing and subcontractor payments) according to contractual formats, guidelines, and timelines.
* Present, justify, and reconcile generated quantities before external supervision or the contracting authority to obtain approval and signature on estimates.
* Ensure all technical documentation supporting estimates (construction diary notes, "As\-Built" or design drawings, quality and laboratory test results) remains aligned and up to date.
* Identify excess volumes or unlisted items in the original catalog resulting from site conditions or project changes, collecting field evidence for subsequent claims and billing.
