We focus on providing professional, efficient, and secure service, carefully managing every detail of our operations. **Join our team and become part of a growing company!** **Position objective:** Coordinate, execute, and monitor national and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordination of land, sea, and air shipments. * **OPERATION MONITORING** * **Delivery tracking**, pickups, and schedule compliance. * Management with carriers, suppliers, and customers. * Control and handling of documentation (bills of lading, BL, invoicing, etc.). * Customer support, incident resolution, and operational assistance. * Updating operational reports and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of **2 years of experience in logistics operations**. * Knowledge of routes, transportation types, documentation, and basic customs procedures. * Proficiency in Excel and logistics management systems. * Excellent customer service attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
