DESCRIPTION **BIM COORDINATOR** =================== **Location:** Ciénega de Flores, N.L. We are currently seeking a highly skilled **BIM Coordinator** responsible for **managing, coordinating, and supervising** BIM models across all disciplines (architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, and installations) for our construction project. ### **Responsibilities** * **Manage** BIM models from various design teams, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards. * **Coordinate** activities among different departments involved, promoting effective communication and resolving any conflicts arising during project development. * **Supervise** the creation and updating of 3D models, performing technical reviews to verify their coherence and quality. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper implementation and utilization of models during construction phases. * Train and guide team members in the use of BIM tools, promoting best practices within the organization. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the industrial construction sector. * Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related programs. * Knowledge of construction regulations and standards applicable to BIM projects. * Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ### **We Offer** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A competitive compensation package and additional benefits.
