NACH — A leading Human Capital company with GREAT PLACE TO WORK certification is seeking: **FIELD RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST** ------------------------------------------------- **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Manage various job boards and social media platforms * Post job vacancies and screen applicant portfolios * Conduct operational recruitment * Track candidates through to hiring * Perform field recruitment **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration (LAE), or related field — completed * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Proactive, responsible, self-managed, and detail-oriented * Vehicle ownership preferred * Complete basic documentation **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Base salary of $11,000 MXN per month (gross, under a hybrid compensation scheme). * Weekly financial allowance of $400 MXN * Performance-based bonuses * Company-provided mobile phone and laptop * Statutory and enhanced benefits from day one * Medical expense insurance, life insurance, commercial establishment discounts, etc. * Growth opportunities. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Field recruitment / Remote work **Work Location: Monterrey, N.L.**
