Job experience * 2 years of experience in a similar role. experience in (American payroll) * Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously. * Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers. * High Customer Service orientation. * Analytical thinking skills Professional knowledge: * Desirable experience in core Payroll operations processes. * Desirable experience in UKG / Workday / Microsoft CRM Dynamics. * Conversational and written English.
