Benefits and Deductions Management** * Administer and apply deductions for **INFONAVIT** and **FONACOT** loans, verifying withholding notices and ensuring deductions are correctly reflected in payroll. * Calculate final settlements and severance payments for employees leaving the company. * Calculate statutory and company-provided labor benefits such as year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation pay, vacation premium, bonuses, and other benefits established by law or company policy. * Maintain the payroll system’s personnel database up to date, reflecting hires, terminations, and salary adjustments reported by Human Resources. **3\. Tax Control and Reconciliation** * Review and validate IMSS and INFONAVIT information, verifying affiliation movements, loan amortizations, and withholding notices. * Consolidate information on work-related accidents and illnesses, calculating the Work Risk Premium per IMSS regulations and preparing annual documentation. * Perform monthly reconciliation of issued CFDIs against data registered on the SAT portal, ensuring correct issuance and tax compliance. * Determine employer-employee contribution quotas based on the base salary for contributions and personnel movements; register hires, terminations, and modifications in respective systems; generate SIPARE payment lines for IMSS contributions. **4\. Reporting and Accounting Entries** * Generate payroll reports and summaries for Accounting, Administration, and Finance. * Prepare information for the accounting recording of payroll and its accruals. * Generate the payroll accounting interface or journal entry for recording in the accounting system, ensuring correct integration of earnings, deductions, taxes, and accruals. **5\.
