Organized, proactive, and with a sense of urgency A company in the **industrial and agricultural tires** industry is seeking a **Human Resources Assistant specialized in operational and commercial recruitment**. **Position Objective** Ensure timely and effective coverage of operational and commercial vacancies through field and digital recruitment strategies. * Minimum **1 year of recruitment experience** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (incomplete degrees accepted) * Experience in **operational and/or sales recruitment** * Social media and job board management * Organized, proactive, and with a sense of urgency **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on platforms and social media * Field recruitment (posting, leafleting, job fairs) * CV screening and initial interviews * Coordinating interviews with managers * Candidate follow-up until hiring * Personnel file and documentation management * Monitoring and tracking of active vacancies * Basic recruitment reporting **We Offer**: * Salary: **$12,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Location: Av.
