Location: General Escobedo, Nuevo León. **Job requirements** * Minimum education: Automotive Mechanics Technician or related field. * Experience in automotive maintenance of DIESEL engines in 3 1/2-ton, Torton, Rabon, and fifth-wheel vehicles. * Knowledge of Advanced fuel injector calibration, Medium-level automotive computer interfaces, Advanced turbocharger and VGT valve adjustment, Advanced general diesel vehicle maintenance, and Advanced air brake system maintenance. **Job responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel vehicles. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical system failures. * Responsible for tracking repairs performed by external workshops to ensure timely delivery of vehicles for preventive maintenance or repairs. * Perform adjustments and calibrations on injectors, turbochargers, and valves. * In charge of the heavy-vehicle maintenance workshop. * Recovery of vehicles immobilized due to mechanical or electrical failures. * Report completed and pending tasks via the maintenance logbook. * Responsible for tracking preventive maintenance according to the established schedule for vehicles. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of automotive maintenance processes. **Additional benefits and perks** * Monthly salary of $25,000 to $28,000 MXN plus a monthly objective-completion bonus of $2,000 MXN, tax-free. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits including: Grocery vouchers, punctuality awards, attendance awards, savings fund, uniforms, and ongoing training for internal development. * Company benefits: Life and career development plan, health campaigns, institutional events, summer camp for children, and emotional salary for your Well-being and Quality of Life at Aceros Villarreal. * Work tools: Mobile phone.
