In the role of **Payroll Administrator** at RXO, you will be responsible for the payroll area, the application of payroll processes, as well as benefits and compensation for all RXO employees in Mexico. **What your day\-to\-day will look like:** * Saving fund administration * Payroll administration * Payroll accounts reconciliation * Payroll Accounting entries * Grocery ticket administration * Gasoline ticket administration **What you’ll need to excel:** At a minimum, you’ll need * Calculate and generate RXO payroll at the National level, run the appropriate reports, and distribute the payroll to the employees. * Biweekly payroll management * Perform procedures before the IMSS, SAT INFONAVIT, and REPSE * Calculate and prepare payroll taxes (SUA, ISN, ISR, etc.) * Personnel Movements (Additions, Terminations, Increases, and Promotions) * Monthly reconciliation of stamping and payroll accounting records (with the Shared Services Finance department). * Develop new compensation schemes validated with the fiscal area. * Generate salary tabulators * Payroll and tax projection * Run calculation of special payroll processes (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, savings fund, etc.) * Answer all RXO MX employees’ questions concerning the payroll and individual pay slips. * Ensure that time and attendance data, as well as other payroll interfaces, are accurate. * Experience using the SUA program and employees' annual tax return calculations * Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel. * Ensure all policies \& procedures are updated \& documented as necessary, and encourage excellent customer service to RXO MX units and corporate finance. * Work collaboratively with another payroll administrator. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 5 years of experience in charge of the Payroll Department, performing the integral calculation of payroll for up to 500 employees. * Experience administering benefits such as SGMM, food vouchers, Savings Fund, Gasoline Vouchers, etc. * Handling of Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, INFONAVIT Law, ISR Law, ISN, REPSE * SAP, SUCESS FACTORS and KRONOS. * Excellent Excel skills * English proficiency.
