**Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the execution of logistics operations and campaigns. Support planning, analysis, and control of distribution routes. * Prepare and update operational reports and KPIs using Excel or Google Sheets. * Support the completion, control, and safeguarding of operational logs. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of company vehicles. * Support coordination and information control with transportation providers. * Document operational processes and support their standardization. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and logistics process optimization. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in logistics internships/projects (desirable, not mandatory). * Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables). * Experience with databases or logistics software (desirable). * Intermediate–advanced English (desirable). **Required Competencies** * Academic Background: Completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: No formal prior experience required. Academic experience, professional internships, or school-related projects are considered. * Technical Knowledge: Basic–intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables desirable). Basic knowledge of logistics and operational processes.
