**Payroll Analyst** **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. Do you have experience in payroll processing, employee support, and solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation? Join our team and advance your career in a stable environment! **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field. * Demonstrable experience in payroll processes. * Proficiency in payroll ERP systems (CONTPAQi is mandatory). * Employee support and payroll clarification handling. * Experience managing **high-volume** payroll operations. * Advanced Excel skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and National Workers’ Savings Fund (FONACOT); Minimum Wage (SMV), Unit of Measurement and Update (UMA), and Unit of Investment (UMI). * Familiarity with platforms: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Virtual Desktop, and REPSE. **Responsibilities** * Downloading and validating hours worked (biometric and other methods). * Monitoring and managing attendance incidents. * Preparing preliminary and final weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Calculating year-end bonus (aguinaldo), severance payments (finiquitos), settlements (liquidaciones), Special Payroll Tax (ISN), occupational risk premium (prima de riesgo), and Profit Sharing (PTU). * Managing vacation time, savings fund, and employee benefits. * Administering food and gasoline vouchers. * Addressing and following up on payroll clarifications. * Generating, downloading, and sending payroll receipts (PDF and XML). **We Offer** * **Salary: $13,000 net monthly** * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Contact us via this channel or WhatsApp **222 584 9124** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,850.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
