We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant with knowledge in PAYROLL (ESSENTIAL)** **What do we offer?** * Salary between $12,000.00 and $14,000.00 * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Work location: Puerto Cancún (parking available) * Professional development The main responsibility of the selected candidate will be payroll processing (approximately 50 employees), tasks related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, as well as recruitment and selection duties, employee support, job profile creation, internal event organization, and compliance with communication policies and guidelines. **Requirements:** --------------- **Knowledge:** Preparation, stamping, and review of payrolls for multiple legal entities. Calculation of taxes and transactions with IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and INFONAVIT. Recording and tracking of attendance incidents, vacations, and permits. Assistance in monthly reports and department closing procedures. **Interest in development:** Collaboration in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures. Gradual participation in recruitment, selection, and training processes.
