We are looking for: **Human Resources Assistant** **What do we offer?** * Salary between $12,000.00 and $14,000.00 * Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Work location: Puerto Cancún (parking available) * Professional development The main responsibility of the selected candidate is to ensure the efficient operation of Human Resources processes by coordinating recruitment, proper onboarding of new employees, document management, dissemination of internal guidelines, organization of events, and support in payroll processing for approximately 50 employees. **Requirements:** --------------- **Required Experience:** Basic recruitment and selection. File compilation, contracts, and onboarding procedures. Internal communication guidelines and labor policies. Organization of team-building events. Recording of incidents and payroll support. Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
